Sign up and start your free trial

Creating a Muninnbase account takes about two minutes. You verify your email with a one-time code, set a password, name your company, and you land in your fresh workspace as the first admin. No card, no sales call, no demo to schedule.

What the trial includes

Every feature is on for the full 14 days. Every plan tier's limits, every admin setting. Upload as many documents as you want, invite your whole team, ask as many questions as the trial period allows. The point is for you to actually try the product, not browse a sandbox.

There is no credit card on file. The trial does not auto-convert. When the period ends, you pick a plan if you want to keep going, or you do nothing and your data stays put until you come back. See plans, pricing, and your free trial for the full picture.

Step by step

Screen capture coming

Visit /signup, enter your email, receive the OTP via email, type the 6-8 digit code, fill in your company name, full name, and password (with confirmation), tick the Terms of Service checkbox, click through to /admin.

The flow is short on purpose. You enter an email. We send a one-time code to that address. You type the code back into the page. You set a password and tell us your company name and your full name, accept our Terms of Service, and click finish. The next thing you see is your admin dashboard.

If you don't see the OTP email within a minute, check your spam folder. The sender is a Resend-verified domain on our side, but new senders sometimes get filtered the first time.

What happens behind the scenes

When you click finish, three things happen in one shot. Your workspace gets created with you as the first admin. A clean settings record is provisioned with sensible defaults. The trial clock starts.

That's it. No background indexing yet, no demo data to clear out. You're looking at an empty admin panel waiting for your first upload.

If auto-login does not work

In almost all cases, finishing signup automatically logs you in and drops you on /admin. If something interrupts that step (a network blip, a slow auth handshake, anything), you land on a success page with a "Get started" button instead. Clicking it takes you to /admin. If you are not signed in at that point, you are routed to the login page; sign in with the email and password you just set, and you arrive at the same admin dashboard you would have seen.

Your workspace is fully provisioned either way. The auto-login is a convenience, not a step in the setup itself, so there is nothing to redo.

What to do next

The first useful hour of a Muninnbase account is spent setting up branding and uploading your first documents. Head to set up your workspace when you're ready to make the workspace yours, and upload your first documents when you have a few key files ready.
